Congratulation to the President

Türkiye’s presidential run-off elections ended in favor of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who gained Turkish nation's trust by winning the majority of the votes. Erdoğan has been once again authorized by the nation's free will within the framework of the vision of the "Century of Türkiye". On behalf of academics and authors of the Islamic Countries, we congratulate the President with our most heartfelt feelings.

In recent years, Türkiye has assumed a proactive role under the leadership of the President on many issues concerning the Islamic World and humanity. Constructive and conclusive attitudes and actions in recent regional conflicts such as Libya, Ukraine and Syria, in tension areas such as the Balkans; and chronic problems such as the Israeli problem have been concrete indicators of Türkiye's claim to be a regional power and a global actor. The end of the Karabakh occupation and the creation of the grain corridor are the most remarkable of Türkiye's regional and global achievements.

"The world is bigger than five" has become the slogan strongly expressing the necessity of rebuilding the global system. In this regard Türkiye has succeeded in being the hope for a "more just world", and Muslim societies and oppressed geographies around the World responded positively to this voice.

As the Academics and Authors Association of Islamic Countries (AYBIR), we share with the public that we will support the President's goal for "a better world" by continuing our efforts to bring together the scientific and intellectual accumulation of Islamic Countries and Muslim societies and to raise it to the word.

We wholeheartedly congratulate the President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on his re-election and we share our great expectation that the re-election of Mr. President will be for the benefits of the Islamic World and all humanity.
